Episode Notes

AfterThoughts was created to make visible some of the invisible cancer stories from within the young cancer community.

This time, Toby and Alice are joined by nutritional scientist and chef Toral Shah. Toral was first diagnosed with breast cancer 29. She experienced a reoccurrence  a few years later when she was 41. We talk finding yourself after a diagnosis, training for a triathalon after a mastectomy and  being united with other cancer patients within the BAME community.
